1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
2. Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Customised items (with your uploaded patches) may take 1 additional business day.
During sales or promotions processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed by email.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by destination zone and the number of items. Standard rates start from €4 for one item and are reduced for multi-item orders; selected destinations qualify for free shipping.
The exact amount is always displayed before you pay.
4. Delivery times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Express options, where available, are shown with their estimated delivery time at checkout.
5. Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can follow the parcel with the carrier.
6. Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
7. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund it in full.
