1. About us

lcedjersey.uk ("we", "us") is an online store selling football jerseys, retro shirts, training wear and accessories. Orders placed on this site are contracts between you and us under these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information. We may suspend accounts that show fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

3. Products, prices and availability

We take great care to display products, sizes and prices accurately. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Slight colour differences between photos and the delivered product may occur due to screen settings; such differences are not defects.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, due to stock, pricing or suspicion of fraud) and will inform you of any refund due.

Payment is due at the time of order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 30 minutes and reserved stock is released.

5. Customisation (patches)

If you upload custom patch images, you confirm you own the rights to them and that they do not infringe third-party rights. We may refuse images that are unlawful, offensive or clearly infringing.

Customised items are made to your specification and, unless faulty, are not eligible for return — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to place fraudulent orders, scrape content at scale, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (logo, text, graphics, product photography) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to typical foreseeable damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to our registered place of business. If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
